1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of this website (the "Site"), run by Recursive AI Robotics & Engineering Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("RARE Labs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you agree for that organisation.

2. Other agreements

These Terms cover the Site only. Our products and services, including the Reflux platform at reflux.sh, scale-up studies, platform licences, pilot programmes and university licences, are provided under separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, those agreements win.

3. Information only, not professional advice

Everything on the Site is general information about our company, our technology and our plans. It is not engineering, process safety, regulatory, financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Chemical processes can be hazardous. Do not design, build, scale up or run any process based on the Site. Always rely on qualified engineers, proper safety reviews and the agreements we sign with you.

4. Illustrative content

The interactive 3D scene, its machines, robots, readings, trends and "physics" views are simplified illustrations. They do not show a real facility, real equipment, real customer data or live measurements. Product descriptions, timelines and examples may show features that are planned or in development.

5. Our content and brand

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the 3D scene, code, logos and the RARE Labs and Reflux names, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use, including copying, changing, publishing or selling our content, or using our names or logos, needs our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you must not:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content or email addresses from the Site, or use it to train AI models, except for normal search engine indexing;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Site's code or 3D scene, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, or test their security without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the Site, or upload viruses or other harmful code;
• pretend to be RARE Labs or suggest that we endorse you without our permission.

7. Messages and feedback

Please do not send us confidential information or trade secrets by email unless we have first signed an NDA with you. If you send us ideas or feedback about our products, we may use them without any duty to you, but this does not give us any rights to your own confidential information or intellectual property.

8. Third-party names and links

The Site mentions third-party companies, universities, software and trademarks, such as Aspen Plus. These belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them, unless we say so. Links to other websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. No offer of securities

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any shares or other securities, and nothing on it is investment advice. Any investment in RARE Labs will be made only through formal offering documents, to eligible investors, and in line with applicable securities laws. 10. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RARE Labs, its founders, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some places do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from any resulting claim against us.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law where you live.

14. General

• Changes. We may update these Terms and the Site at any time. The updated Terms apply from the date posted here. We may also change, suspend or remove the Site or any part of it.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• Transfer. We may transfer these Terms to a successor company, for example in a reorganisation, merger or sale.
• Whole agreement. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Legal Notices, are the whole agreement about your use of the Site.
